Lifetime Buyback Policy

LIFETIME BUYBACK & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HEIRA, we believe silver is an asset, not just fashion. We offer a transparent Buyback and Exchange policy on all our 925 Silver Jewelry.

1. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "RETURN" AND "BUYBACK"

• Return: Within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unworn. You get a full refund.
• Buyback: Any time after 30 days (even after 5 years). Item can be old/used/broken. We buy the silver back from you.

2. LIFETIME EXCHANGE (Get Store Credit) If you want to exchange your old HEIRA jewelry for a new design:

• We will value the silver weight of your item at 90% of the current market silver rate.
• This value will be given to you as a HEIRA Store Credit to buy any new item. HEIRA Store Credit are valid for Lifetime.

3. CASH BUYBACK (Get Money in Bank) If you want to sell your old HEIRA jewelry for cash:

• We will value the silver weight of your item at 80% of the current market silver rate.
• This amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.

4. HOW WE CALCULATE VALUE The buyback value is calculated on the Net Silver Weight only.

• Deductions: We do not pay for Making Charges, GST, Enamel work, or Stones (Zircons/Crystals) as these have no resale value.
• Valuation Process: When we receive your item, we will remove stones/enamel and weigh the silver. The buyback value will be calculated based on the silver rate on the day we receive the item.

5. REQUIREMENTS

• The product must be an original HEIRA item.
• You must produce the original Order Number or Invoice and Authenticity Certificate.
• The product must pass our Quality Check (QC) for purity (925 Silver).

6. PROCESS To initiate a buyback, email us at support@heira.in with photos of the item and your original Order Number or Invoice. Shipping costs for sending the item to us for buyback are borne by the customer.
