Refund policy
SECTION 1 - 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 2 - HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, you can contact us at support@heira.in. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Mandatory: As per our Shipping Policy, an uncut unboxing video is required to claim a refund for damaged, missing, or empty package items. Without this video, damage claims cannot be processed.
SECTION 4 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as personalized name necklaces or engraved items).

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage by the customer.

Sale items or Gift Cards.
SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
